- Ensure you receive the product you ordered, or if we can’t do that
- Refund you the amount you've paid.
How Does it Work?
If you don’t receive the products you ordered, or they are not as described, we will solve it for you. The easy steps are:
- Login to your www.30minutesfix.com.au account that made the order
- Go to your Order History and select the order you need help with
- Select Contact Us and fill in the form and attach any relevant information
We will take care of it from there and get back to you within 48 hours.
Faults or Problems Later?
If your product was fine when you received it but later on it develops a problem, you can also contact 30 Minutes Fix by following the above steps.
We will get back to you within 48 hours and help solve the problem.

Please be aware that:
- Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE both ways.
- Personalized Products CANNOT be returned nor exchanged. Be sure to confirm the device and/or design BEFORE confirming your order.
Replacement products CANNOT be returned for a refund.
- Return shipping costs WILL NOT be covered.
In order to return the product to us, you must fill Return Form with your proof of purchase from our website (order number) and two (2) photos of the product you wish to return.
Please also note that the product must fulfill the following:
- The product must be in its original packaging including all content in perfect resellable condition.
- Flexible Screen Protectors, Full Body Screen Protectors, 9H Tempered Glass Protectors, and Back Protectors must be unused. Used Screen Protectors cannot be returned. If the packaging is opened but unused, there will be a possible restocking fee of at least $5 AUD.
We strongly recommend choosing a mailing service with tracking option for the return package. If the package does not reach us safely, we are unable to issue any refund. We are not liable for lost or stolen package during this return transit.
Once we have received your package and our quality assurance team has verified the contents meet the conditions above, we will contact you and offer you the option of either a refund or an exchange.
